处方如何开？

我们有医生根据您所填写的表格问卷信息为您提供处方。在您完成注册、填写问卷、上传ID后，付完款后，专人会直接帮您预约开处方。

How does doctor prescribe the prescription?

Our doctors will prescribe the medications based on the information on the form you fill out. After you register, fill out the form, upload photo ID, and pay, our association will directly book you with one of our doctors.

你们卖哪几种药？处方药？仿制药？品牌药？非处方药？

我们平台专注勃起药和避孕药，脱发，痤疮，常用药，还有非处方药（生活药品），并可按您的需要提供品牌药或仿制药[例如：辉瑞万艾可（伟哥）和西地那非]。所有产品均由加拿大药监局批准，在我们药房实体上架凭处方配售。
我们也提供少量须跟处方药配合使用的非处方药以方便顾客。

What types of prescription drugs do you provide?

We are a full service pharmacy located in Burnaby, BC. For our telehealth services we have narrowed down to just erectile dysfunction, birth control and regular medications (medications you take regularly) and over the counter drugs. What you have access to are what we have on our shelves which consists of branded prescription medications and generics (such as Viagra vs Sildenafil). All of the products are provided by Canadian authorized wholesalers and are Health Canada approved.

Why do I have to submit a medical questionnaire

In some cases the medical questionnaire will take the place of a regular consult, (over the phone/over webcam), the physician will only have to follow up with you over our encrypted chat app. In cases where you have to do a telehealth consult with the doctor, filling out the questionnaire will make the doctor's job easier to assess your health.

Do I have to see the doctor?

No, not per say. BC Drugs offers you a simpler simpler version to get particular medications. If you require other medications such as heart medications, diabetic medications please consult your primary health provider.

我的ID证件照片和个人信息，你们药房如何处理？

我们的系统对客人个人信息完全保密。在付费成功后，您的信息会在网站上自动删除，而转至医生的EMR系统及药房的TELUS 系统，并依照加拿大法规保存10年。这与您的家庭医生诊所或其他美加持牌药房是一样的。所有信息保密/删除。

My photo ID, my personal information, what do yo do with it?

Our systems value privacy. After you successfully complete your purchase, all information from the website are deleted. The information that are kept is kept within the doctor's EMR (Electronic Medical Record) and the Pharmacy's EHR (Telus) system for more than 10 years. This is the same as seeing your family doctor.

Fees Introduction:

Doctor Fees: $40 per consult, 1 year prescription max (Recommended)

Drug Fees: depends on the brand and dose with medication.

Delivery: $15 regular (Exclude delivery insurance), $30 expedited (Exclude delivery insurance)

每个人可以订最多90盒

如果您是带回中国，最多能一次带90盒，

直邮只能一次22盒。

How many can I order at one time? You may order up to 90 boxes but its not recommended.

你们送美国/其他国家么？ 

我们提供直邮服务，需要送往加拿大以外的地方麻烦提供护照清关使用，请联系客服。

Can I ship to US, or another country?

We need the passport ID of the recipient for boarder clearance, please message customer service.

我本人在温哥华我可以直接来药房取么？

可以。来药房取药前一样需要在网上先支付并等待医生开处方。

I live in Vancouver, can I come to pick up?

Yes you can, please prepay online as well and wait for the prescription.

我有MSP（加拿大公共医疗保险）还需要付审卷费(就诊费么）？

​需要。我们提供定制化服务，属私立领域，在大部分情况下需要支付医生的费用。一般ed药物MSP和私人保险均不会报销。

I have MSP (Public Insurance) do I still need to pay the consultation/prescription fee?

Yes, we have made our services uniquely and private, you will need to pay for this service. MSP and private insurances usually do not cover ED medications. 

我有私人医疗保险，你们可以直接帮我去申请补助么？

我们目前只能由药房系统在线提交请求，具体请查询您的保险范围。​​

批准后？

我们的药房工作人员会用在线交谈工具与您取得联系，协助您付费成功后，用快递尽快寄出药物。

在发药前，我们的药剂师为您提供药物咨询和指导，如果我们在24小时内未收到您的答复，我们的药剂师会尝试通过电话或短信与您联系.

What happens after the medical questionnaire gets sent?

Our staff will let you know the questionnaire gets sent out and when we receive a prescription. You will receive a payment notice whereafter we will prepare the package for shipment. Before we send out the package, our pharmacists will need to contact you to provide guidance. We will reach out to you via email, SMS, or the app chat.

Yes they are! Our doctors are licensed to provide telehealth in BC and Ontario. If you wish to learn more about them you can go to www.cpsbc.ca for more information.
